SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Shipping processing: All finished orders placed are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on holidays. Custom skulls take 6-12 weeks to finish and ship depending on complexity of the design.

After shipment occurs, delivery dates differ based on location. 3-5 business days is expected (in the United States).

Shipping rates for orders will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Wild Side Skulls cannot ship or have a package delivered to P.O Boxes - due to the box size needed to house art pieces.

DAMAGES

Wild Side Skulls is not responsible for any art damaged or lost during shipment. Each piece is professionally packaged. If you receive your order damaged , please contact the carrier in charge of shipment. All art pieces are insured for the amount paid at checkout (minus tariffs, taxes, fees, shipping.)

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

What is your return policy? 

Due to the unique nature of each and every skull (a beautiful and individual piece of Nature) ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
